The website operator is Booking System LLC (Hotelios), 66 Chuldarakht Street (formerly Gagarin), Tashkent 100115, Republic of Uzbekistan. Privacy requests: info@hotelios.uz.
It applies to website visitors and representatives of properties, travel companies, OTAs, corporate clients, technology partners and other persons interacting with Hotelios.
2. Data we process
Business contact data: name, surname, role, organisation, client type, phone, Email and message content.
Account and partnership data: username, access rights, activity history, applications, bookings, contract and settlement information necessary to provide the service and perform an agreement.
Technical data: IP address, access time, browser, device, operating system, language, referral source, viewed pages, cookies and technical logs.
Passwords are not collected or transmitted through public hotelios.uz forms. Password entry occurs only in the secure system.hotelios.uz environment.
3. Purposes
We process data to review registration and partnership requests; create and support accounts; provide B2B and API access; perform agreements, bookings and settlements; deliver support; maintain security; improve services; and comply with Uzbekistan law.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on consent, steps requested before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations and legitimate interests where permitted by applicable law.
5. Sources and recipients
Data is obtained from the user, their organisation, Hotelios partners, properties, payment and technology providers, and automatically through website use.
Data may be shared with properties, travel companies, OTAs, banks, payment organisations and infrastructure providers only as necessary for the stated purpose, an agreement or law.
Public form messages may be processed by an external form-delivery service. Any cross-border transfer is subject to Uzbekistan requirements and appropriate contractual safeguards.
6. Retention and security
Data is retained only as long as required for the stated purpose, agreements, disputes and mandatory records, then deleted, anonymised or retained on another lawful basis.
Hotelios uses access controls, logging, backups, secure connections, system updates and vendor oversight. No Internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies
The website may use necessary cookies for interface operation, language and security, and analytics cookies to improve the website. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some features may then work incorrectly.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where legally available, withdraw consent and object to specific processing. Hotelios may request reasonable information to verify identity.
