In case of cancellation of the reservation 48 hours before the arrival time, no penalty will be charged.
Otherwise, as well as in case of not arriving at the hotel, the penalty is 100% of the cost of all services falling on the first day.
That being said, there were several major issues with the property. First, the ATM machine they have took $200 out of my account, but I never received any cash back. The staff said this happens a lot with ATMs around Uzbekistan. Nonetheless, now I'm still waiting for them to refund my Bank Card.
Second major issue is the AC which for some odd reason, they shut down at night! The room felt like a sauna, really hot, and very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. You would think that they shut it down during the day and keep it on when the guests are here, but they do the opposite which make absolutely no sense. I barely got 3 hours of sleep on our three night stay.
Last bad issue was at the spa where I paid for a one hour massage ($60USD) and the therapist stopped after only 40 minutes. Since she didnt speak English, there were no explanations given to me. Also, $60/hour is actually more expensive then the $50/hour we get in Florida, which is outrageous considering the cost of living here.
Overall, this is a pretty well kept property with an ideal location, and phenomenal staff members. That being said, being out $200 from the ATM, the high charges for a shortened massage, and the very poor sleeping conditions due to the AC shutdown at night, are the reason why I can't give this place a higher rating

5. Хороший номер класса ЛЮКС за стоимост
Бассейн на улице, но 9 мая это не могло остановить!
