Завтрак - шведский стол с достаточно богатым выбором.
Видно, что отель не самый новый, и ему не помешала бы косметическая реновация. Но это не критично
В номере не работал телевизор. На мою просьбу проверить или поменять батарейку в пульте в ответ ничего не произошло. Никто не пришёл.
Не успела спросить, можно ли поменять подушки: для меня они были слишком жесткие и высокие.
Rooms - clean , comfortable, some quite large . Nothing too unique or luxurious, but totally adequate. The free WiFi worked well, the heating system worked great ( very important for the cold winters here!) and there was plenty of hot water in the showers.
Breakfast - very good . Huge selections . The juice station was amazing - one can order fresh juices made from more than ten types of fruits / vegetables.
The staff - mostly excellent . We were greeted warmly by a team of three staff members at check in desk , and at other times , most staff was great . I really appreciated all the help from Oybek - he was so polite and helpful all the time - he deserves some words of praise.
Two minor criticisms- the side wall of the bath tub was quite high - which my elderly mother found inconvenient- she had to climb thru the side of a high bathtub in order to shower.
Secondly , the safety boxes inside the closets of each room were not dead bolted to the walls of he closet . Each box was just “floating” freely on top of a shelf in the closet - not the most secure safety box.
Overall a good experience here
В комнате запах сигарет сильный, завтракать нужно пораньше - в районе 8 трудно найти место в ресторане.
